Namma Courier does not accept consignments containing the following items. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, courier rules, and destination regulations.
Illegal, banned, or prohibited goods as per Indian law or destination country laws
Narcotics, drugs, psychotropic substances, and related materials
Explosives, ammunition, firearms, weapons, and weapon parts
Flammable, combustible, or hazardous materials (including chemicals, gases, fuels)
Toxic, radioactive, corrosive, or dangerous substances
Counterfeit goods, pirated items, or stolen property
Pornographic, obscene, or offensive materials
Human remains, organs, blood, biological samples, or medical waste
Live animals, insects, birds, or plants
Currency, cash, coins, or bearer instruments
Precious metals, bullion, gold, silver, platinum (in any form)
The following items may be accepted only with prior approval, proper documentation, and at the customer’s sole risk:
Liquids, semi-liquids, powders, or gels
Batteries (including lithium batteries) and electronic devices with batteries
Medicines, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
Food items, perishables, or edible products
Cosmetics, perfumes, aerosols, or sprays
Jewelry, gemstones, or valuable items
Electronics and fragile items
Documents requiring special handling
All shipments must be properly packed and sealed by the customer.
Namma Courier shall not be responsible for damage due to improper or insufficient packaging.
Namma Courier reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment at any time, without prior notice, for security, safety, or regulatory compliance.
Shipments found to contain prohibited or undeclared restricted items may be confiscated, returned, or destroyed as per law.
No refund or compensation shall be provided for such shipments.
Any penalties, fines, or legal consequences shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Namma Courier assumes no liability for delay, loss, damage, seizure, or penalties arising from shipment of prohibited or restricted items.
